SERVICE COORDINATOR
RESPONSIBLE TO: Manager
LOCATION: Brisbane, Queensland

BASIC OBJECTIVE:Responsible to the Manager for carrying out office duties and coordinating installation and service departments, following the directions provided by the Manager and Service Manager.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:The Service Coordinator is entrusted with the following responsibilities and authorities:
- Coordinate Service and Installation departments by scheduling work and coordinating with the Project Manager.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Respond to client emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain the staff training register, ensuring it is up-to-date.
- Manage maintenance contracts and ensure servicing dates are current.
- Assist with Quality Assurance processes.
- Delegate tasks and ensure all necessary parts are ordered and readily available when needed.
- Communicate OHSE (Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment) performance with the Works Manager.
- Aid in the development and implementation of OSHE plans.
- Offer guidance on OHSE plans to employees.
- Coordinate injury management and return-to-work processes for injured staff in collaboration with management.
- Assist in conducting workplace incident investigations.
- Ensure that records are accurately maintained.
- Assist with quotations and recommendations for maintenance and service repairs.
- Support quality assurance efforts and maintain the staff training register, updating it regularly.
